Cattle Trailer Repair in Washington County KY

We recently did a number of welding tasks to repair this cattle trailer.

The cutting gate was in need of spot welding.

After spot welding the sheet metal on the cutting gate:

We welded nuts to the edge of the sliding door to accept a locking pin .

We welded a jack to the tongue of the cattle trailer. The bolts were lost and the customer wanted it welded on.

We welded new guide plate for the sliding door. Not the prettiest picture, but the square tube of the door frame was badly rusted and I had to do the work upside down.
